With the great vocational education development of the country under themacroscopic background. Secondary health vocational education is facing unprecedenteddevelopment opportunities, and challenges at the same time. Secondary vocational healtheducation as a part of medical education in our country, made due contributions for thehealth development of our country. But at present secondary vocational health educationhave the phenomenons, such as widespread excessive expansion and infrastructureconstruction lag. Combined with the particularity of medical education and the influence ofthe traditional“knowledge-based”education, inadequate performance of the characteristicsof “professionalism” and “skill”.Compared with the medical degree education, advantageis not obvious and the market competitiveness is weak. It appears that many hospitals don’twant to receive secondary health school interns and graduates. To break through thepredicament, and to look for the living space. Our school take the opportunity of nationalsecondary vocational education reform, development and demonstration of constructionmachine, based on "school workshop",to explore the reform of secondary health school oftraditional education mode.On the basis of reference to the German “dual system”, Lin Jingdong,Singaporenanyang polytechnic college, launch the new education pattern of “school workshop”. After“school workshop” model introduced into China, the Polytechnique effect, and achievedgood effect, but because of the particularity of medical education,“school workshop” modeused in medical vocational education is relatively small, its theory research is still in itsinfancy.Based on the concept of “school workshop”, the theory and the present situationresearch of secondary health school education mode, the article takes the Oral repair technology of chengdu railway health school based on the practice and effect of "schoolworkshop" education mode as the object, and analyzes the specific steps and methods of"school workshop" model to provide referential experience and basis for more secondaryhealth schools.This article is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction. It mainly includes research background, relatedconcept definition, research significance, research methods, research ideas, research reviewand theoretical basis.The second part is the present situation analysis of secondary health education pattern,through interviews with25secondary health school, consult relevant literature, summarythe problem of the matching relation between secondary vocational health education modeand industry demand.The third part demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of the "school workshop"education mode. It takes example by the education mode and related theory, and build thenew mode of secondary vocational health from the updating of education concept, thedetermination of the training objectives, the innovation of personnel training mode, theestablishment of teaching system, the construction of teaching team.Finally, it summary theresults of new model reform through interview about employing unit.The fourth part summarizes and represents next step research direction. Relate thecore content of "school workshop" secondary health education mode and the furtherimprovements are also needed.
