Abstract/Summary:
Part1Robot-assisted resection of colorectal cancerObjective. The purpose of this study was to discuss the safety and feasibility of robot-assisted resection of rectal cancerMethods. The clinical data of patients who under-went robot-assisted resection or laparoscopic-assisted resection of rectal cancer from May.2010to Feb.2012was retrospectively analyzed.Results. There was no significant difference in postoperative complication, the number of lymph harvest, the blood loss, and incision length between the two groups. The operative time was longer in group â…¡ than in group I(P<0.05).Higher costs in group II.Conclusion. Robot-assisted resection of colorectal cancer is safe, feasible and effective. Part2The protection of the pelvic automatic nerve and the urinary and sexual function with Da VinciObjective. To observe the protection of the pelvic automatic nerve and the urinary and sexual function with Da VinciMethods. The clinical data of patients who under-went robot-assisted resection or laparoscopic-assisted resection of colorectal cancer from JAN.2011to Feb.2012will be retrospectively analyzed. To observe and analyze the postoperative urinary function and the erectile function after3months.Results. The erectile dysfunction rate in group â…¡ was25.8%and in group â…  is47.2%. The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion.The DaVinci robotic technology has a protective effect on male sexual function.
