The Value Of The Clinical Application Of Early Enteral Nutrition After Laparoscopic Rectal Cancer Radical Operation

Objective:To investigate the feasibility and advantage of early enteral nutrition after laparoscopic rectal cancer radical operation.Methods:Retrospective analysis of157cases of patients after rectal cancerradical operation are in Department of General Surgery in the affiliated hospital of medical college,Qingdao university from2007,7to2012,11.Compare and analyze the similarities and difference of physiological indicators about nutrition,body weight change,the recovery time of intestinal peristalsis, Knife edge healing,length of hospital stay, complication incidence rate, et al between early enteral and general nutrition after laparoscopic and open operation.ResuIts:The data of early enteral nutrition after laparoscopic rectal cancer radical operation such as physiological indicators about nutrition in the third day,especially the seventh day, change of body mass index, the recovery time ofintestinal peristalsis, length of hospital stay, complication incidence rate, et al are better than that of laparoscopic general nutrition group, open early nutrition group and open general nutrition group(p<0.05).Knife edge healing of the laparoscopic group in the two nutrition manner has little difference (p>0.05),butis better than that of open group (p<0.05). The data of laparoscopic general nutrition group and open early nutrition group each has advantages, but are better than that of open general nutrition group (p<0.05)Conclusions:Relative to open operation, laparoscopic operation has slight trauma for the body, less intraoperative bleeding,less effects on liver and kidney,and other important viscera function. And because of a little of gastrointestinal disturbance, recovery of intestinal function is earlier.Food can be accepted early.Early enteral nutrition after operation can timely meet the body’s early postoperative intestinal nutrition physiological needs and make the body nutrition earlierrecovery.Their combination can give full play to their strengths, significantly enhance efficacy and significantly enhance efficacy and reduce the complications.
