Objective:to explore the trends of JTc interval and the relationship between JTc interval and the efficacy of revascularization in paitients with STEMI undergone primary PCI, and to identify high risk patients for malignant arrhythmia events in those with STEMI.Methods:72patiens with STEMI undergone primary PCI(primary PCI group) and72patients with unstable angina undergone selective PCI (selective PCI group) were collected. The JTc interval before and2h、24h、48h、72h after PCI was analyzed between the two groups. and ROC curve were used to analyze the risk factors for malignant arrhythmia events in patients with STEMI.SPSS17.0softwere was used in statistical analysis. Results:The JTc interval prolongation was observed after2hours of PCI in both groups (356.19±33.94vs.330.17±28.07, P<0.05;346.97±3.42vs.334.92±3.89, P<0.05),but the JTc interval of primary PCI group prolonged more (26.03±5.54vs.12.06±3.25, P<0.05). There was a trend of prolongation of JTc interval after PCI in patients with STEMI,which could last a few days (356.19±33.94,342.89±23.46,358.28±30.66,341.28±25.67vs.330.17±28.07, P<0.05). In those days, the JTc interval could reach the peak point in48hours. ROC curve shows the AUC of JTc interval before PCI(0.641) was larger than that of QTc interval(0.616).The specificity of JTc interval(86.8%) was higher than that of QTc interval(76.3%).Conclusion:1. The JTc interval in patients with STEMI prolonged after primary PCI,and could reach the peak point in48hours after primary PCI.2. The prolongation of JTc interval in patients with STEMI was related with actue stress and myocardial ischemic injury.3. The specificity of JTc interval in predicting the appearance of malignant arrhythmia was higher than that of QTc interval in patients with STEMI.
