Natural aging of skin aging is mainly divided into two forms and optical aging, it is a progressive degenerative process. Natural aging is caused by the passage of time, with an irresistible sex; mainly due to aging of the light caused by the environment. Photoaging skin can cause serious cosmetic problem, and with many types of skin disease occurrence and development are closely related, and thus the light skin aging problems in recent years has been the concern of many research scholars. Numerous studies have proven that the natural skin aging UV light is the main source of the sun, mainly by the sun’s ultraviolet (UVA,320-400nm) and ultraviolet B (UVB,290-320nm) common cause. The purpose of the subject observed the intervention of different male flowers extract active ingredients response UVA and UVB-induced skin aging in mice and other related biological effect is to find new methods of prevention of photoaging and provides experimental data.In this study, both UVA and UVB radiation, photoaging mouse model to male flowers extract (total flavonoids, total extract, iridoid class) as the study of anti-aging skin light targets the active site to the skin of mice histological changes in skin tissue water content, SOD (superoxide dismutase) activity, MDA (MDA) content (total antioxidant capacity) the ability of T-AOC indicators screening male flowers anti-skin photoaging effective parts.The experimental results show that flavonoids extracted from male flowers and iridoid class extract can significantly reduce the MDA content of the skin tissue and improve the activity of SOD, T-AOC capacity, improving mouse skin aging, skin tissue although still injury, but to a lesser degree of damage, the structure is complete, the cell layering is relatively clear, close to the normal tissue, fibrous tissue, dermis, and the distribution is more uniform. Description flavonoids extracted from male flowers and iridoid class extracts of ultraviolet light-induced skin aging in mice has a protective effect, part of which is to determine the effective anti-skin photoaging.
