Randomized Controlled Study With TVT-Abbrevo^TM VS Ajust^TMSystem The Surgical Treatment Of Female SUI

ObjectiveApplication TVT-AbbrevoTM system and AjustTM system treatment of female stress urinary incontinence (SUI), take a forward-looking approach of the two surgical randomized controlled studies were observed TVT-AbbrevoTM and AjustTM surgical treatment of female SUI’s the cure rate and complications,and analysis of its clinical effectiveness compared to finding a better efficacy,complications,minimal surgical techniques.MethodsThe First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University,Department of Urology,May2013to December2013.39SUI female patients were randomly divided intotwo groups,20cases using AjustTM procedure, and19cases of the use of TVT-AbbrevoTM procedure,On patient operative time, blood loss, with or without bladder,urethra, vaginaor pelvic organ injury,or without postoperative bleeding wound, perineal hematoma, wound infection,thigh pain,incontinence after pulling catheter ask whether the disappearance,whether the new hair urinary frequency, urgency, dysuria, etc.Measuring Qmax and PVR,record the number of daysin hospitalafter surgery. Line1,4,14,24weeks after surgery clinicreview, including interrogation, physical examination, coughtest, Qmax, PVR measurement.Records without vaginal or urethral sling erosion, dyspareunia, persistent perineum or thigh pain and chronic neurological complications and disposal measures.Recorded cure rate for patients primary objective to evaluate the efficacy,complications,prognosis and understand their presence incontinence recurrence.ResultTwo groups of patients operative time,blood loss,intraoperative and postoperative indwelling catheter time residual urine volume compared two groups of patients were followed up for subjective cure rate and efficiency, with or without complications rejection reaction,sling erosion, Were compared TVT-AbbrevoTM and efficacy of surgical cases AjustTM different urodynamic severity and type of SUI, different between the two groups and follow-up time after TVT-AbbrevoTM and AjustTM surgical clinical efficacy and complications.
