Comparison Of Effect Of AJUST And TVT-o In The Treatment Of Female Stress Urinary Incontinence

Objective:To compare the clinical effect of adjustable single-incision sling(AJUST)and tension-free vaginal tape transobturator(TVT-O)for female stress urinary incontinence.Methods:A total of 52 female SUI patients were underwent AJUAT or TVT-O procedure.The peri-operative date,subjective cure rate,objective cure rate and postoperative quality of life were observed.The quality of life was evaluated by the II Q-7 short form.Results:Both two groups had no intraoperative injuries,postoperative infection,fever and urinary irritation.There were no significant differences in the preserved time of installing catheter or hospital days between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the TVT-O group,the operation time,intraoperation hemorrhage and puncture pain incidence in the AJUST group were lower(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the preoperative and postoperative ?Q-7 scores(P>0.05).The subjective cure rate of 7D in group AJUST was significantly higher than that in group TVT-O(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in subjective cure rate and objective cure rate between two groups at 3,6 and 12 months after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion:AJUST and TVT-O operations are effective in the treatment of SUI.However,AJUST operation has the advantages of simple procedure,short operation time and high safety.It is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
