| ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of transobturator tension-free tape(TVT-O)in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence(SUI)and the value of urodynamic examination in the evaluation of its curative effect.MethodsWe collected 56 cases in SUI from September 2015 to September 2017,aged 40~63years old,the average(51.5±5.4)years,the history of 0.08~20 years, the average(3.4±3.9)years,producing 1~4 tire, the average(1.9±0.8)tire BMI20.4~27.8 kg/cm~2,average(25.1±1.5)kg/cm~2.All operations were performed by TVT-O,which was divided into preoperative group and postoperative group. All patients underwent urindynamic test, padded test and filled in questionnaire for international urinary incontinence Advisory Committee(ICIQ-SF)before and 6 months after operation. The subjective cure rate and objective cure rate of patients were statistically analyzed. The changes of urodynamic indexes were analyzed and compared.Results56 cases of SUI patients were treated with TVT-O,and were reviewed after six month. The results showed that the preoperative ICIQ-SF score was(15.3±2.1),and the postoperative ICIQ-SF score(2.8±1.1),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cure rate was 92.9%and the improvement rate was 7.1%according to the ICIQ-SF score. The preopeative 1H urinary cushion test(19.4±12)g,postoperative:(2.4±2.0)g,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),According to the 1H test, the cure rate was 89.2%,the improvement rate was 7.1%,the failure rate was 3.6%.There are differences between the preoperative and postoperative urine flow dynamic parameters with maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax)and average urinary flow rate(Qave),urination, urine flow time, residual urine volume(PVR),urethra maximum pressure(MUP),maximum urethral closure pressure(MUCP).There were no differences:peak tiime of urinary flow, maximum bladder volume(MCC),feast bladder volume(FDV),strong bladder volume(SDV),maximum detrusor pressure(Pmax.Det).The failure rate was 3.6%in 2 cases, which was consistent with the results of pad test at 1H.There was no statistically significant postoperative urodynamic examination.Conclusion1.TVT-O has a significant effect on treating SUI.2.Urodynamic examination can objectively evaluate and monitor its curative effect. |
