| Objective: This study aimed to clinical efficacy of psoriasis winter hot bloodthrough clinical observation and comparison,"Ma fang Xi jiao di huang soup" and "Xijiao di huang soup" treatment for clinical treatment of psoriasis vulgaris provides anew way of thinking and methods.Methods: Dermatology Hospital of He nan Province in October2012, February2013and October2013-2014February outpatient and inpatient clinically diagnosed60cases of blood-heat type psoriasis were randomly divided into two groups, thetreatment group and the control group. Two groups of patients in terms of gender, age,mean age, duration, and average duration of treatment before the PASI score was notstatistically significant (p>0.05), comparable analysis.30patients treated orallydecoction "Ma fang Xi jiao di huang soup," control group of30patients with oraldecoction "Xi jiao di huang soup", while the two groups of patients were using oraldecoction hospital internal preparations, tretinoin cream and clobetasol propionatecream twice a day, mixing topical. Treatment time is eight weeks, once every fourweeks follow-up, the severity of the patient by hand lesions were scored using theinternationally accepted standard score PASI score to determine the clinical effect.Statistical results using SPSS18.0statistical software for statistical analysis.Statistical variables （x s）representation. Ridit level data analysis using two ratescompare with2test; measurement data with the t test.Results: The treatment group was90%,40%recovery, effective50%to10%effective, ineffective0; effective rate was56.67%in the control group, recovered23.33%, effective33.33%,33.67%effective, ineffective6.67percent. There werestatistically significant differences in efficiency (p <0.05) in two treatments.Conclusion: Ma fang Xi jiao di huang soup Treated blood heat in winterpsoriasis significant clinical effect and rapid onset, worthy of clinical application of drugsfrom. |
