Background:With the traffic accident rate increases, clinical fractures oftibia and fibula is very common, tibia and fibula fracture patients increasedyear by year. Because of its special anatomical structure, such as improperhandling, appear easily wound infection, nonunion and delayed union offracture, in the course of treatment, nerve and blood vessel injury, jointdeformity or other complications. The method for the treatment of fractureof tibia and fibula, has always been a hot Department of orthopedics expertsresearch, in which integration of traditional Chinese and western medicineare respected. How about the effect? Objective:The clinical patients as the research object, the basic theoriesof traditional Chinese medicine and under the guidance of clinical anatomy, through aminimally invasive stabilization system(Less Invasive Stabiliza-Tion System, LISS) to observe the relevant indexes of tibial and fibularfractures surgery combined with external treatment of TCM, comprehensiveevaluation of the right tibia and fibula treatment effects, to investigate anew method to treat fracture of tibia and fibula. Methods: According to the inclusion criteria selected60cases with fractureof tibia and fibula treated patients (2012.1-2013.12),The center of HenanTraditional Chinese Medicine Hospital orthopedics traumatology diseasediagnosis and treatment provide case.According to the patient’s hospital-ization number, they were randomly divided into experimental group andcontrol group,30cases each group. The test group male22cases, female 8cases; age24-56years, average36years old. All were unilateral distaltibial and fibular fracture, fracture according to AO classification:type A13cases, type B12cases, type C in5cases. The control group male18cases,female12cases, age22~60years, average38years old. All were unilateraldistal tibial and fibular fracture, fracture according to AO classification:type A9cases, type B15cases, type C in6cases, the test group of tibia andfibula fracture with LISS internal fixation combined with Gu Yuchangsanfor treatment, the control group was treated with LISS internal fixation. Thetwo groups were observed in patients with postoperative pain, knee jointand ankle joint activities, healing time of fracture. Analysis of the datausing the group design t test, count data using chi square test. To test theeffectiveness of using two-sided tests, the test level of α=0.05, P<0.05,with a statistical significance test result. Results: The two groups of fracture healing time in experimental group, theaverage healing time of9.8士1.89weeks, the control group, the averagehealing time of13.06士3.086weeks, between the two groups; P<0.05showed that the fracture healing time is statistically significant, but notsignificant difference. Test group shows the fracture healing time wasshorter than control group. Three months after the two group, the excellentand good rate were:66.7%,40%, two groups of curative rate was testedbyχ2,χ2=4.286,P=0.038,p<0.05, with statistical significance, the excellentand good rate of experimental group was significantly higher than thecontrol group; after six months, two groups were:66.7%,40%, two groupsof curative rate was tested byχ2,χ2=6.65,P=0.009,p<0.05, with statisticalsignificance, the excellent and good rate of experimental group wassignificantly higher than the control group; twelve months after operation, two groups of excellent and good rate was66.7%,40%,two groups ofcurative rate was tested byχ2test: χ2=5.96,P=0.0,15,p<0.05, the test grouphad statistical significance, the excellent and good rate was significantlyhigher than that of control.Conclusion:①LISS combined with Gu Yuchangsan for treatment inpostoperative patients clinical healing time of fracture was better thangroup LISS fracture of tibia and fibula.②The LISS combined with GuYuchangsanr for the treatment of fracture of tibia and fibula more often in nerve and blood vessel injury, deformity, varus, before and after bending, rotation, shortening, gait, daily life, knee and ankle joint activities, postoperative pain was higher than that in group LISS, the excellent andgood rate...
