Objective:This collection of associated with RSA in the recent ten years of domesticand foreign literature,to read,summary and analysis RSA main causes for pathogene-isand preventive treatment progress,combined with TCM:preventive treatment ofdisease"theory,puts forward countermeasures to the clinical disease prevention andcontrol,in order to research and clinical medicial staff to provide the beneficialreference.Methods:To VIP database and Chinese knowledge network are the main literatureretrieval way,retrieval between January2003and January2013,CNKI andPubmed,included keywords or theme of"recurrent spontaneous abortion,habitualabortion,slippery,RSA and URSA cross retrieval,search related with600references,select related to "pathogen" and "preventive treatment"of more than200references.The author intends to summarize in recent10years,advances inpathogenesis and preventive treatment of RSA at home and aboard are analyzed,inaddition to the RSA,western medicine etiology were analyzed,and preventive therapythrough the statistical results of this disease induction,analysis and puts forward thecountermeasures.Rsults:RSA etiology is complex,the cause could be found mainly includesgenetic,anatomy,endocrine,infection and immune function of reproductive tract andmale factors,but remained clinically in about1/2of patients with unknownetiology.Through reading related literature,and selecting the etiology clinical researchliterature about31of statistical analysis,the main causes are:the proportion ofunknown causes account for42.09%,followed by immune factors accounted for about16.95%,endocrine factors accounted for about15.24%,anatomical factors accountedfor10.75%,about4.97%of reproductive tract infection6.40%and male factors accounted for3.65%.2.TCM holds that sliding tire causes the main responsibilityfor"kidney deficiency syndrome" is given priority,with weakness of the spleen andstomach、insufficiency of vital energy and blood、stagnation of liver qi and stagnationof biood.,etc.In view of the understanding of the disease between Chinese and Westernmedicine,I think that preventive treatment for this disease is important.
