Purpose: Study on factors related to infrequent menstruation and chloasmadisease,Clinical research evidence for the prevention and treatment of infrequentmenstruation and chloasma.Methods:200cases were consistent with the data of the patients, according to thediagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria, including age, body mass index, TCMsyndrome, facial chloasma grading and typing, serum sex hormone levels, bloodrheology, blood routine, endometrial thickness etc. Divided into two groups forstatistical and one group ofchloasma, another group without chloasma.Using SPSS17.0software for statistics and analysis. The methods used have the rank sum test、T test and2test etc.Consequence:1. The incidence rate of chloasma in infrequent menstruation patients ishigher(84%),and the incidence of upper chloasma patients face type rate (44.6%) wassignificantly higher than other types;2. Patients with oligomenorrhea attention alongwith the increase of age gradually reduced; menstruation patients with melasma occursincreases with age; there is an association between grade and age of onset of chloasmadegree (P<0.005), grade increased with age has the aggravation tendency.3. Variousrare patients menstrual chloasma happen rate from high to low for the blood stasissyndrome (94.7%), qi stagnation syndrome (90.2%), kidney deficiency, blooddeficiency syndrome (84.4%)(80.6%) and phlegm dampness syndrome (47.6%); thereis an association between chloasma degree classification and TCM syndrome type(P<0.005), severe chloasma patients with blood stasis syndrome mainly (65.4%),moderate chloasma patients with blood stasis syndrome (35.4%), mainly in patientswith mild chloasma with kidney deficiency syndrome mainly (38.1%), without spotwith phlegm damp syndrome (34.4%).4. Chloasma growth and infrequent menstruationin patients with serum luteinizing hormone, estradiol, progesterone, LH/FSH ratio and hemoglobin, blood viscosity significantly correlated (P<0.05), and serum testosterone, prolactin, FSH and peripheral white blood cell, red blood cell, platelet and no obviouscorrelation.5. There was no significant correlation between types of melasma andinfrequent menstruation.6. Chloasma and infrequent menstruation in body mass indexhas no obvious correlation.7. There was no significant correlation between chloasmaand infrequent menstruation in patients with endometrial thickness. Conclusion: Has obvious correlation occurs with age, TCM syndrome, menstruation inpatients with chloasma sex hormone levels, hemoglobin, blood viscosity.
