Tubular epithelial cells of normal mice culture medium waschanged once a day, four days a subculture, when the cells grow to70%confluencewere randomly divided into six different groups to add TGF-β1and serum containingthe experiment24hours after the intervention.Results: after TGF-β1stimulated murine renal tubular epithelial cells lose theirnormal cobblestone shape, contours are not clear, after descending the turbid particles and serum containing benazepril intervention, cell morphology has been restored.⑵Jiangzhuo various concentrations of particles and benazepril group can inhibit theexpression of Smad2mRNA, but low Jiangzhuo particles, the degree of inhibition inconcentrations of less than Smad2mRNA expression benazepril group, the differencewas statistically significant (P <0.05-0.01), high concentrations Jiangzhuo particlesinhibit the expression level of Smad2mRNA and benazepril group rather, thedifference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); Jiangzhuo various concentrationsof particles and benazepril group were raised Smad7mRNA expression, low particleconcentrations Jiangzhuo raised Smad7mRNA expression levels below benazeprilgroup, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01), the particle concentrationJiangzhuo group and benazepril group comparable level, the difference was notstatistically significant (P>0.05), high concentrations of particulate Jiangzhuo groupthan benazepril group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01).Conclusion: Jiangzhuo particles in each dose group can be restored to someextent impaired renal tubular epithelial cell morphology; may inhibit the expression ofSmad2mRNA, but the low concentration group less than benazepril group, the highconcentration group and benazepril Plymouth group considerable role. Jiangzhuovarious concentrations of particles can be raised Smad7mRNA expression, butcompared with benazepril group Jiangzhuo low particle concentrations less thanbenazepril group, middle dose group and benazepril group fairly high concentrationgroup than benazepril group. Jiangzhuo particles probably by inhibiting theexpression of Smad2mRNA, the increase in Smad7mRNA expression to play a rolein prevention and treatment of renal fibrosis.
