Clinical Study On The Qingshuxiaocuo Decoction In Treating Female Delayed Acnen

Objectives: This article guided by the Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, To observe theclinical effect of Qingshuxiaocuo decoction in treatment of female delayed acnen and andexplore their female patients with acne serum estradiol (E2), testosterone (T), progesterone (P)effects, and observe delayed acne and depression, anxiety correlation.Methods: According to the standard,70patients with female delayed acnen were divided intotreatment group and control group at random, treatment group had36cases and control grouphad34cases. The treatment group took Qingshuxiaocuo decoction; the control group tookCap Qingreanchuang. The period of this treatment is4weeks long. Skin lesions observedbefore and after treatment, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, anxiety and depressionscale scores of changes, and measured before and after treatment serum estradiol (E2),testosterone (T), progesterone (P) level.Results:①The total effective rate of the treatment group is86.1percent, while that of thecontrol group is73.5percent. The former shows a significant difference from the later(P<0.05).②The Acne patients syndromes ratings can be improved both in the two group, andthe effect of the treatment group is more evident (P<0.05); The treatment group is moreeffective in improving the erythra and the general symptom (P<0.05);③The serum estradiollevel rose more evidently in the treatment group than the other group (P<0.01); The serumtestosterone level were depress with no difference in both group (P>0.05); There is no changeof the serum progesterone level after the treatment in the two group (P>0.05).④Two drugscan improve patient anxiety and self-test score, and treatment could significantly reduceanxiety scores, and significantly higher than the control group(P＜0.05). Two drugs canimprove patient self-rated depression score, and treatment could significantly reduce anxietyscores, and significantly higher than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Qingshuxiaocuo decoction in treating female delayedacnen is superior to the control group.The decoction had been regulation of female patients with late-onset acne serum testosterone and estradiol levels The decoction improve anxietyand depression patients have certain effects.
