The Clinical Study Of Nourish Yin Promote Fluid Generation Replenish Qi And Blood Circulation To Trentment Deficiency Of Qi And Yin Of Sjodren’s Syndrome

This article has studieded the theory and observed clinic effect of gengrated juice by nourish the yin and binifit healthy atmosphere to break up the coagulated blood clot and inducing the channals and collaterals which treated Sjogren’s syndrome due to healthy atmosphere—yin debility. In the This article, by analysing the relevant literature with what have studied from expeience of my tutor and myself.In the theoretical research, we studied the pathogenesis and mechanism of Sjogren’s syndrome due to healthy atmosphere—yin debility. We also studied how gengrated juice by nourish the yin and binifit healthy atmosphere to break up the coagulated blood clot and inducing the channals and collaterals to treat the disease.In our opinion, the pathogenesis of Sjogren’s syndrome consists of innate factors deficiency, unprecautionness of health preservation, reinvasion of pathogenic factors, derectly invasion of external pathogenic stagnates, and disorder of function of viscera and bowels. The pathogenic factors stagnates in body, tendons and bones and musculars. We think the deficiency of yin and healthy atmosphere lead to the blood circle to stagnanty. And the main pathology factors are heat, stagnancy. I n initial stage, the pathogenic factors invasion the mouth, eyes, nose and swallow. And following, tendons and bones and musculars are involved. This disease concerned lung, spleen, liver and kidney. So. nourish the yin and binifit healthy atmosphere to break up the coagulated blood clot and inducing the channals and collaterals which treated Sjogren’s syndrome due to healthy atmosphere—yin debility.In the clinical observation, guided by the treatment of nourish the yin and binifit healthy atmosphere to break up the coagulated blood clot and inducing the channals and collaterals, we prescribe yiqishengjinhuoxie decoction to observe 29 Sjogren’s syndrome patients due to p healthy atmosphere—yin debility after 12 weeks. Results of clinical observation, the effective rate of treat group was 86.7%, which significantly surpassed the effective rate of the control group, 78.6% (P＜0.05). In conclusion, yiqishengjinhuoxie decoction has a good effect which can improve clinical symptom, and regulate immune function, improve internal enviroment and so on. Its also has little adverse reaction in comparison with control group. The prescription had a practical value for Sjogren’s syndrome due to healthy atmosphere—yin debility.
