A Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis By Bushen Qiangjin Capsule Combined With Acupuncture Point Injection Of Shen Mai

ObjectiveThe purpose of the present study is the observation of knee Osteoarthritis by Bushen Qiangjin capsule combined with acupuncture point injection of Shen Mai. and discuss the guiding function of the theory " Pay equal attention to bone-tendon-muscle" in the treatment of knee Osteoarthritis.MethodsAll the cases were come from the patients who were diagnosed knee Osteoarthritis in the orthopaedics department of the Second hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangdong Province during December2012to August2013. Randomly selected90cases,30cases in each group, including experimental group, control group Ⅰ and control group Ⅱ. The experimental group I was treated by liquor and Bu shen Qiangjin capsule Combined with acupuncture point injection of Shen Mai. The experimental group Ⅱ was treated by oral Bushen Qiangjin capsule Combined with acupuncture point injection of Shen Mai. The control group was treated by joint injection with sodiumHyaluronate(SH), and All three group are quadriceps muscle power training, five weeks after treatment, The pian degree and function were evaluated.after three months, we evaluate the clinical curative effect, evaluation standard is divided into four grades:clinically controlled, markedly effective, valid and ineffective. If the measurement data conforms to normal distribution, we use the independent sample t-test between independent sample group. If the measurement data conforms to grade material, Comparison between groups by using two independent sample rank and inspection. Results1. When we compared before and after the treatment, in all the three groups and Each observation index score showed P<0.05, which means the therapeutic effect of each group is effieient.2.When we compared between groups after treatments, the effect of the experimental group Ⅰ is superior than The experimental group Ⅱ (P<0.0167). the pian degree and functione of the experimental group Iisa little outstrip to the experimental group and the control group (P>0.05).3Through statistical treatment, three group all have clinical curative effect, but experimental group I is much better than experimental group II (P<0.0167), otherwise, the experimental group I and the control group was therapeutic equivalence(P>0.05), the curative effect of the experimental group I is a little outstrip to the control group.Conelution1.The therapeutic effect of knee Osteoarthritis is excellent when treated by liquor and Bushen Qiangjin capsule Combined with acupuncture point injection of Shen Mai, liquor and Bushen Qiangjin capsule is better than that of pure oral capsule.2. The theoretical system of "Pay equal attention to bone-tendon-muscle" is not only scientific but also useful in guiding clinical treatment.
