| Purposes:To observe the clinical effect of isometric muscle strength training of quadriceps femoris and the changes of extensor and flexor muscle strength of leg in patients with mild and moderate knee osteoarthritis,it provides a new idea for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.methods:In this study,68 patients with mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups: easy tendon meridian group and multi-angle quadriceps isometric muscle strength training group,in the Yi Jin Jing group,the Yi Jin Jing training was carried out 3 times a week,and the Yi Jin Jing selected the moves that could move and strengthen the lower limbs,including star-picking,three-plate terrain,hungry tiger pouncing,Dragon Claw potential,bowing,tail-off type,training time 8 weeks,8 weeks a course of treatment.In the multi-angle quadriceps isometric exercise group,the knee was straightened and the ankle was extended as far as possible at 10 °、30 °、60 °、 90 °and 100 °,with the quadriceps femoris muscle tensed at five angles.The training time was 8 weeks,5times a week,8 weeks a course.After 8 weeks,the visual analogue scale(Vas),Womac,Lysholm knee function scale,SF-36,thigh circumference difference,closed-eye and single-foot standing test were measured,the isokinetic muscle strength test was used to evaluate and evaluate the muscle strength of the lower limbs,so as to explore the therapeutic effect difference between easy tendon meridian and multi-angle isometric muscle strength training of quadriceps femoris.Results:1.After 8 weeks of treatment,the visual analogue score(VAS),WOMAC score,lysholm knee function score,and SF-36 score of the patients in the easy meridian group were significantly different than those in the quadriceps and other longus muscle strength training group.2.After 8 weeks of treatment,there were significant differences in quadriceps and hamstring peak moments in the lower thigh diameter of the two groups compared with before treatment,while there was no significant difference in quadriceps peak torque between the two groups after treatment;There were significant differences in hamstrings,which were better in the easy tendon group than in the quadriceps isolongus strength training group,and there was a significant difference in thigh circumference after treatment,and the quadriceps isolongus strength training group was better.3.After 8 weeks of treatment,there was a significant difference in the closed eye monopod test between the two groups compared with before treatment,and there was also a significant difference in this index compared between the two groups.Conclusion:4.Yi Jin jing can relieve knee pain,improve knee function,improve quality of life and is better than the traditional isometric muscle strength training of quadriceps femoris.5.The training of Yi Jin jing can improve the flexor and extensor muscles of the lower limbs,maintain the balance of the flexor and extensor muscles,and improve the patients’ balance ability,the therapeutic effect was significantly better than that of quadriceps femoris muscle quadriceps femoris muscle strength training.3.As a kind of aerobic training with low intensity,Yi Jin Jing can be used in the rehabilitation treatment of patients with mild and moderate knee osteoarthritis. |
