Objective:To observe the effects of levosimendan injection on acute decompensated heart failure (Acute decompensated heart failure, ADHF) patients with cardiac heart rate variability。Method:Select the60patients Yanbian University Hospital treatment-between June2012January2013of acute heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30patients underwent basic anti-heart failure therapy; observation micro-pump group continued on the basis of anti-heart failure therapy injections levosimendan injection treatment for a week, before and after treatment were routine, biochemistry, echocardiography and dynamic echocardiography, and record the inspection results through the system derived cardiac function analysis of heart rate variability (Heart rate variability HRV) in the time domain, the improvement of cardiac function and autonomic function before and after frequency-domain analysis of indicators, comparing the control group and observation group therapy.Result:(1).Where the observation group and the control group, their data were compared for age, sex, underlying heart disease and cardiac function such as patients on the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05);(2).the observation group and control group before and after drug treatment before the HRV parameters of the comparison control group after treatment HR (Heart rate, HR) was significantly lower (P<0.05), within24h of normal RR interval standard deviation (Standard deviation of all normai to normal RR intervals, SDNN), the standard deviation of the mean RR interval (Standard deviation of the average, SDANN), root mean square difference between adjacent RR intervals (Square root of the mean squared differences of successive RR intervals, RMSSD), the difference between adjacent RR intervals greater than50ms percentage (Percent of NN50in the total number of NN intervals, PNN50), RR interval of the standard deviation of the mean (SDNN Index, SDNNI), low frequency power (Low-frequency, LF), high frequency power (High-frequency power, HF) were increased, including LF, HF increased with statistical significance (P<0.05); observation group after treatment, HR was significantly lower (P<0.05), SDNN, SDANN, RMSSD, SDNNI, LF, HF were significantly increased (P<0.05). In the control group and the observation group comparison parameters HR, SDNN, SDANN, RMSSD, SDNNI, LF, HF, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).(3).observed in the treatment group and the control group before the ejection fraction and cardiac function in stroke volume comparison was not statistically significant (P>0.05), the observation group and the control group were improved after treatment, improvement in the observation group were significantly more,(P<0.05).(4) there was no significant difference in the blood of patients before and after treatment, blood glucose, blood lipids, liver, renal and other changes (P>0.05). Conclusion:Levosimendan acute heart failure has significant therapeutic effects, improve heart rate variability is one of the mechanisms.
