Effect Of Levosimendan Combined With Shenfu Injectionon Acute Decompensated Heart Failure

Objective: In this study,the clinical effects,cardiac function effects,and incidence of adverse reactions of Shenfu drug injection combined with levosimendan vs.levosimendan alone in treating acute decompensated heart failure were compared.Methods:This is a retrospective single-center study.All patient cases were collected in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University,From February 2017 to November 2019,the situation of 104 patients with ADHF was based on clinical statistics.According to different methods,it was divided into observation group: SFI adjuvant therapy combined with levosimendan,control group: pure application of levosimendan.The clinical effects,cardiac function effects,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared.The data was analyzed using spss20.0 statistical software.Results: There was no significant difference in general clinical data between the two groups(P> 0.05).Observation group(Shenfu injection + Levosimendan group)and control group(Levosimendan group)after 7 days of active treatment,NYHA classification has been significantly improved,and LVEF has also been significantly improved,all reducing the N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)index.The OG(SFI + Levosimendan group)had more significant changes than CG(Levosimendan group)(P <0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not statistically significant(P =1.0).Conclusions:1.Levosimendan + SFI treatment of ADHF significantly enhanced clinical effects,increased LVEF,and reduced N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)compared with levoximenedam alone.2.Levosimendan and Levosimendan + Shenfu Injection alone for the treatment of acute decompensated heart failure have a low incidence of ADR,without serious consequences,and can be considered to be safer.
