ObjectiveOur country is the world’s oldest ate and cultivated edible mushroom,is the first one of edible fungus production,with long history and culture.Currently more than850wild mushroom species were discovered in our country, but only a few varieties were expl-oied,undeveloped wild mushroom was majority. Modern science is able to confirm th-e special mushroom nutrition and health functions and medicinal value on molecular level,edible mushroom in its natural,safe and nutritious, with a number of physiologic-al functions of the body to adjust to win more and more people attention.Changbai M-ountain located in the southeast of Jilin Province,vast territory,the forest coverage rate is high and rainfall,climate,wild edible mushroom resources are very rich and varied, is a natural "three-dimensional treasure trove of wild edible mushroom resources". In this paper, study the anti-tumor activities of Wild mushroom,provides a theoretical basis for the continued development of the health effects of Changbai Mountain wild edible mushroom.Methods1In order to study the anti-tumor activities of wild edible mushroom,the test with different wild mushroom for the study, the use of70%ethanol as a solvent to extract the active substance of Changbai different wild mushroom.2Cytotoxicity assays:Ganoderma lucidum,Phellinus,Hedgehog mushroom,Inonotus, with70%ethanol extract of the drug,the drug concentration was prepared0.25mg/mL,0.5mg/mL,0.75mg/mL,l mg/mL,in human hepatoma cells HepG2,human uterine cervical cancer cells HeLa,human breast cancer MCF-7,human gastric cancer cells AGS,A549human lung cancer cells and normal human kidney293cells as experimental cells MTT assay measured five edible mushrooms’tumor cells growth inhibition effects;3Antitumor experiment in vitro:Ganoderma lucidum,Phellinus,Hedgehog mushroom, Inonotus,with70%ethanol extract of the drug,the drug concentration was prepared0.25mg/mL,0.5mg/mL,0.75mg/mL,1mg/mL, in human hepatoma cells HepG2, human uterine cervical cancer cells HeLa, human breast cancer MCF-7,human gastric cancer cells AGS,A549human lung cancer cells as experimental cells MTT assay measured inhibition of these five kinds of edible mushroom’s tumor cells growth;with S-180in mice transplanted tumor approach to anti-tumor effect on mushrooms study were randomly divided into control group,five kinds of mushrooms high,medium and low dose groups were250,125,25mg/kg dose administered orally once a day,the control group fed with distilled water0.1mL/lOg daily,continuous administration for12days.24h after the last administration,the animals were sacrificed,dissected tumor mass,called tumor weight,tumor growth inhibition rate calculation.Results1Antitumor test:Ganoderma lucidum,Phellinus,Hedgehog mushroom,Inonotus, mushrooms70%ethanol extract has a high effect of inhibiting tumor cell growth. Human uterine cervical carcinoma cells (HeLa) in the reagent concentration of1.0mg/mL under the conditions,fungus,hedgehog mushrooms and mushroom exhibit of more than70%of cancer cell growth inhibitory effect,especially the concentration of Ganoderma in0.75mg/mL Conditions to achieve a high of81.0%growth inhibition effect. Another reagent concentration of1.0mg/mL,on human hepatoma HepG2cell growth inhibition effect,hedgehog mushroom and Ganoderma lucidum were76.3%and71%.On human breast cancer MCF-7cells were highest concentration of toxic reagents of1mg/mL Phellinus maximum growth inhibition was81.5%,hedgehog mushrooms and Inonotus inhibition rate of76.6%and75.1%, respectively.In the same reagent concentrations, mushroom and Ganoderma lucidum on human gastric cancer cell growth inhibitory effect of AGS were88.7%and87.0%.Each mushroom effect on human cancer cell growth inhibition increased with increasing concentration of the reagent.2Ganoderma lucidum on human uterine cervical carcinoma HeLa cells in drug concentration of0.75mg/mL or more was70%, the drug concentration was1mg/mL inhibition rate of83%.This experiment shows five different wild mushroom Ganoderma cancer has a high specific growth inhibitory effect.Another drug concentration of1mg/mL, the inhibition of HeLa Sang Wong was65%. In the drug concentration of1mg/mL, hedgehog mushrooms inhibition of HeLa was76.4%,the same concentration of HeLa Inonotus inhibition was78.5%.Also in the drug concentration of1mg/mL, mushrooms for75%inhibition of HeLa,five kinds of edible mushrooms on cancer cells showed inhibition rate increased concentration dependency. At the highest drug concentration of1mg/mL, five wild mushroom cytotoxicity against HeLa cancer cells in more than70%of normal human kidney cell cytotoxicity less than40%. This drug has a higher cell growth inhibition, but normal cells have lower toxicity.3In vivo anti-cancer effect of ethanol extracts of five wild mushroom use Sarcoma-180tumor cells were verified. Experimental results show that for the S-180transplanted tumor growth is also significantly inhibited.Conclusion1Wild mushroom70%ethanol extract all have some ability to inhibit the growth of tumor cells and enhanced with increasing concentration.2Wild mushroom70%ethanol extract toxic effects on tumor cells, while normal cells have lower toxicity.3Wild mushroom70%ethanol extract could inhibit transplanted S-180mouse sarcoma growth.
