The first line of the first eight weeks after immunization when X-rays and pathology see the model control group showed chronic synovitis performance, showing significant bone erosion, and more drugs to stimulate the model group. Statistics showed that give Inonotus polysaccharides model group than the50mg dose of100mg dose treatment group was significantly poor than the200mg group feeding, significantly reduced gastric mucosal injury and other adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.Inonotus polysaccharide on CIA model has a therapeutic effect.2.
