Objectives:this study aims to survey the cause of unhealed newborns’ discharge so as to provide basis for improving the quality of medical care, improving the quality of life of dying patients and effectively reducing the unhealed rate.Methods:This paper carries out a retrospective summary of the unhealed newborns discharged from Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University from January2008to December2012. Unhealed and discharged newborns are selected from the computer case management system of medical record room as research objects. The author records newborns’ basic situation, family situation, perinatal conditions, clinical manifestation, treatment outcome and follow-up situation, and conducts a statistical analysis.Results:1.The total The rate of neonatal cases for discharged,having the trend of increase year by year,this has statistically significant p<0.05).2.With male and female proportion in the neonatal cases for discharged has no significant sex differences in meaning (p>0.05)3.The number of neonatal cases for discharged Korean ethnic more than the han nationality.4.The proportion of neonatal cases for discharged premature infant(14.52%) more than Term Infant(7.84%), this has statistically significant (p<0.05).5.according to the results ofconcurrentineachsystemandComplications:Asphyxia, RDS, respiratory failure, electrolyte disorder pulmonary hemorrhagehashighincidence than aterminfant,thishassignificantdifferences,(P<0.05).AndHIE,pneumonia,jaundice, intracranial hemorrhage and multiple organ function failure of full term meaning there was no significant difference compared with preterm infants (P>0.05).6.the proportion of neonatal cases for discharged having congenital abnormality is32.65%.7.according tothesurveyresultofeconomicconditionsinneonatalcasesfordischarged, proportion of monthly incomes of these newborns’ families less than2000is88.63%.Conclusions:1.With the hospital number increases year by year.2.High rates of premature delivery.Reducing the occurrence of premature birth and its complications is to reduce the discharge rate,and it has important significance to improve the neonatal survival rate.3.To strengthen the prenatal and early pregnancy care in order to control the occurrence of neonatal congenital malformations. May reduce the uncured rate. 4.Cost of treatment is one of the important reasons of not cured.Suggest establishing and perfecting the insurance policy to lowe discharge rate.
