ObjectiveAnalyzed the Lao lin medical records of28contemporary famous physicians of TCM by Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System, summed up and inherited their experiences and knowledge on Lao lin, especially their pionts on pathogen and experiences on prescription.Methods87Lao lin medical records from28contemporary famous physicians of TCM were collected and parsed. And then were inputd into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System. All collected mecical records were analyzd with the analysis platform of data mining to mine the common experience of the above28experts and the individual experience of each of them on the clinical understanding of the Lao lin.Results87medical records were analyzed and found symptoms of frequent urination, fatigue, back pain, painful, urination, backache, urinary urgency, dry mouth, abdominal heavy feeling, burning sensation during urination, chills. Tongue picture mainly of red tongue or pink tongue. Coated tongue like most in the thin white, white or think yellow. The most common pulse is fine pluse. Symptoms statistics of Qi and Yin deficiency, spleen and kidney deficiency, kidney Yang deficiency, kidney Yin deficiency, is the more common, the standard empirical in the hot and humid is most common.220prescription medication range results show that, using a total of263herbal medicine,3405flavor. Using Traditional Chinese Medi cine Inheritance Support System,We diged the prescription of their in advance the treatment of Lao lin:Licorice, Astragalus, Poria, Bupleurum, Atractylodes, Polygonum aviculare, Dianthus and so on.According to applying data diming independently,we found out the mainly syndromes, and then to analysis these syndromes, concluded commonly use herbs, symptoms and signs. Through analysis,we can access the initial personality experience of these physicians in the treatment of Lao lin. ConclusionBased on the analysis of TCM medical records of Lao lin, we can analysis the medical records from many-sided and different aspects, and are able to conduct some more objective conclusions, which will be have guiding significance in clinical work. At the same time, it was proved that the technology of data mining have a highly practical value in the work of inheriting and developing the academic experience of famous physicians of TCM.
