Drug Utilization Research Of Cardiovascular Drugs In Primary Medical Institutions Of A District In Tianjin During2009-2013

Objective:To understand the utilization of cardiovascular drugs of basic medical institutions, after’new medical reformand’and the national system for basic drugs implementation. Analysis the trend of the rationality and drug treatment.Provide the basis for government departments,food and drug administration departments medical insurance and pharmaceutical companies.Method:Use drug purchase records in the years2009-2013for the study. Drug purchase records are from9grassroots medical institutions in Tianjin.Use drug utilization research methods to analyze. Tools and index:(1) Drug ATC classification;(2) Determine the sales amount and sort;(3) Determination of defined daily dose;(4) Calculation of DDDs and DDDs ranking,DDDs=drug consumption/DDD of this medicine. Analyze the use of cardiovascular drugs of basic medical institutions.Result:The amount of drug procurement is141,314,600yuan. The largest proportion is antihypertensive drugs72,488,900yuan ranked first;Antianginal drugs42,802,400yuan is ranked second;lipid and anti atherosclerosis drugs19,296,300yuan is ranked third; Antiarrhythmic drugs6,658,000yuan is ranked the fourth place.Other categories of drugs accounted for a smaller amount. From the view of DDDs,a total of5years are71,912,860. Antihypertensive drugs,anti angina drugs,lipid and anti atherosclerosis drugs and antiarrhythmic drugs are in the top four.DDDs are38,562,187.26,999,267,2,941,076and2,736,020.The number of other classes of drugs is less. DDDs and the amount of isosorbide,mononitrate,amlodipine,nifedipine etc were higher each year.Conclusion:(1) Drug category:The cardiovascular drugs used in basic medical institutions in a district of Tianj in.Antihypertensive drugs accounted for the use of amount of51%and53%of DDDs. Antihypertensive drugs is the highest proportion in the years2009-2013; The anti anginal drugs accounts for the use of the amount of30%and37%of DDDs;Lipid and anti atherosclerosis drugs accounts for the use of the amount of14%and4%of DDDs;Using less amount of other drugs.(2) Varieties of drugs:The cardiovascular drugs used in basic medical institutions in a district of Tianjin,in the years2009-2013. Using the amount of the top three are amlodipine、isosorbide mononitrate and nifedipine.In addition,the amount of valsartan、telmisartan、atorvastatin and benner pury are higher;DDDs sorting, isosorbide mononitrate、amlodipine、nifedipine、telmisartan and aspirin are the top5.(3) The proportion of national essential drugs:In all the drugs involved in this study, which belongs to the national basic drugs accounted for only42.4%;In the13drugs which total amount ranking or DDDs ranking in the top10,Only4drugs belong to the national basic drugs,the proportion is only30.8%. Government and medical institutions should intervene.
