To Grade And Score For ADR' Serious Degree, To Design And Use Two Kinds Of Analysis Index Of ADR

Purpose:1.Two kinds of effect factors, serious degree of ADR and number of ADR are considered based on analyzing and evaluating ADR reports of 8029 cases.2.According to result and the procedure of analysis. To prove the method of ADR analysis is right. According to ADR'S count, Severity degree and incidence,to analyze harm degree of ADR . Method:Considering qulity of ADR report ,we retained 7605 qulified cases and deleted 424 unqulified cases.7605 qualified ADR cases are scored and classified.As for intensity, 6 grades from mild to death are established.Considering factors of serious degree of ADR and number of ADR,four different methods are used for ADR reports analysis and evaluation. According to ADR'S count, Severity degree and incidence,three kind of methods analyze harm degree.Result:Drugs that can cause ADR are classified according to pharmacology classification,then sorted according to the number of ADR reported.We got 2298 cases areβ- lactam antibiotics; 928 cases are quinolones,sulfamido and synthetical antibacterials and 837 cases traditional Chinese medicine. On the average value of number that means serious degree of ADR reported.It show that gonadal hormone and contraceptives (2.278), antituberculotic and antileprotic (2.164), antiepileptic and anticonvulsant (2.040). Drug that can cause ADR are classified according to preparation common name and sorted according to the number of ADR.Leofloxacin injection (370), cefotaxime sodium injectable powder (328), benzylpenicillin sodium injectable powder(305) are frequently reported. Drug that can cause ADR are classified according to preparation common name and the average value of number that means serious degree of ADR. Nilestriol tablet (4.000),succinglated gelatin injection (3.667),telmisartan tablet (3.509). ADR'S count, Severity degree and incidence sort by itself. Result are different. ADR'S count, Severity degree and incidence analyze synthetically. Result are rational. conclusion: When we analysis and evaluate ADR reports, the quantity of ADR reports is not enough for evaluating the safety of drugs.We shoud think about serious degree of ADR as well.The main factor that effect analysis of ADR reports are incidence of ADR and serious degree of ADR.Meanwhile ,According to this study and analysis ,we can come to a conclusion that the classification and the method of ADRs'serious degree is feasible and helpful. ADR'S count, Severity degree and incidence analyze synthetically harm degree. Result are rational.
