Objective:The aim of the present study was to investigate the expression of CEACAM-1and MMP-9in patients with different types of coronary heart disease, so as to offer a better new train of thought and basis for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods:Serum samples were obtained from133patients with coronary artery disease. All patients were hospitalized in the period from April2012to December2013at the first Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University. The patients having normal coronary arteries detected by coronary angiography were included as a control group.According to clinical classification, the patients were divided into:stable angina, unstable angina,acute myocardial infaction and coronary heart disease with type2diabetes; According to angiographic results, the patients were divided into:single-vessel disease group, double vessel disease and multivessel disease group; according to SYNTAX score, the patients were divided into:0-10,10-20,20-30score and above30score:According to whether active smoking, the patients were divided into active smoking and non-smoking; According to the results of the coronary angiography, the lesion vessels were divided into collateral circulation group and no collateral circulation, collateral circulation group on the basis of Rentrop grade, divided into a level0, level1, level2, level3, and compared with normal group of CA, The protein expression levels of CEACAM-1, MMP-9were analyzed and compared by enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay (ELISA)Results: 1. The level of serum CEACAM1in AMI group was clearly higher than the SAP group, normal group and UAP group(p<0.05).2. The level of serum.CEACAM1of the CHD+DMI group was clearly higher than the SAP group, normal group and UAP group(p<0.05).3. Lesion groups, the groups smoking or not, the SYNTAX score, collateral circulation between grouping and hierarchical, the lever of CEACAM-1protein, MMP-9protein had no statistical difference.4.In coronary heart disease (CHD) in serum did not detect the expression of MMP-7.Conclusion:the level of serum CEACAM-1in patients with acute myocardial infarction was clearly higher than normal coronary angiography, SAP group, UAP group; This may suggest the level of CEACAM-1associated with plaque instability and thrombosis of regulating; Patients,who are suffering from disease of coronary heart disease (CHD) with type2diabetes,their levels of serum CEACAM-1was clearly higher than other groups, this suggest the serum CEACAM-1concentration may be a reference factor as follow:coronary blood vessels in multivessel lesions and diffuse lesion, and the increase in the incidence of cardiovascular disease. CEACAM-1might be of potential relevance as a clinically diagnostic tool and therapeutic target.The innovative of this paper:(1)In this paper, we found that the lever of CEACAM-1in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) was clearly higher than other groups, serum CEACAM-1May be a predictor about atherosclerotic plaque instability, thrombosis and platelet activation.(3) The lever of CEACAM-1in coronary heart disease (CHD)with diabetes patients was clearly higher than other groups,elevated serum CEACAM-1 concentration may be a reference factor as follow:coronary blood vessels in multivessel lesions and diffuse lesion, the increase in the incidence of cardiovascular disease.
