[Objective]A prospective study of Salvianolate Injection for the treatment of unstable angina pectoris clinical treatment effect and the different Traditional Chinese Medical syndrome types.[Method]Collection with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart diseasepatients, according to randomized prospective design, to meet theinclusion criteria of60cases were divided into2groups:routine treatment of Western medicine plus salvianolate injection (treatment group)30cases; conventional treatment of Western medicine plus0.9%physiological saline (control group)30cases. The course of treatment is15days, observe2groups and each group before and after treatment of the Traditional Chinese Medical symptoms integral and the associated changes in inspection.[Results]1. The treatment group and the control group for unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease the efficacy indexes were compared between the two groups was significant, efficiency and overall effective rate were notstatistically significant (P>0.05).2. The treatment group and control group of Traditional Chinese Medical syndrome type Electrocardiogram curative effect contrast had no statistical significance, P>0.05.3. The treatment group of heart blood stasis and qi stagnation and blood stasis and phlegm blocking heart vessel syndrome of angina pectoriscurative effect significantly improve efficiency and overall efficiencycompared to the control group, blood stasis and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and syndrome of phlegm blocking heart vessel angina pectoris improved markedly effective rate and total efficiency are compared, have statistical significance the values of P<0.05, the treatment group and the control group center blood stasis effect is better than that of qi stagnation and blood stasis and phlegm blocking heartvessel syndrome; syndrome of phlegm blocking heart vessel andstagnancy of Qi and blood stasis in contrast with no statistical significance, P>0.05.4. The treatment group of heart blood stasis syndrome and blood stasissyndrome and phlegm blocking heart vessel syndrome of angina pectoriscurative effect significantly improve efficiency and overall efficiencycompared to control group, blood stasis syndrome and blood stasissyndrome and phlegm blocking heart vessel syndrome of angina pectoriscurative effect significantly improve efficiency and overall efficiencycontrast, were statistically significant, P<0.05, the treatment group and the control blood stasis syndrome group center effect todesignate and sputum blocking heart vessel syndrome is stagnation of Qi and blood stasis syndrome; phlegm syndrome and blood stasissyndrome of heart pulse contrast without statistical significance, P>0.05.5. In the group treated with blood stasis syndrome and syndrome and in the control group, blood stasis syndrome and syndrome of angina pectoriscurative effect significantly improve efficiency and overall efficiency comparison, there was statistical significance, P<0.05,namely in the blood stasis syndrome and syndrome for angina pectoris curative effect of treatment group was superior to the control group.[Inclusion]1. The use of salvianolate injection in the treatment of unstable anginapectoris treated group and control group efficacy.2. The treatment group and the control group for unstable angina pectorisheart blood stasis, qi stagnation and blood stasis, phlegm blocking heart vessel syndrome Electrocardiogram efficacy.3. The treatment group and the control group for unstable angina of heart blood stasis syndrome in angina pectoris improved efficacy than the stagnancy of Qi and blood stasis and phlegm blocking heart vessel syndrome.4. The treatment group and the control group for unstable angina of blood stasis syndrome of angina improvement effect is better than that of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and phlegm blocking heart vesselsyndrome.5. Treatment for unstable angina of heart blood stasis syndrome in angina pectoris treatment was superior to the control group.6. These results suggest that:Salvianolate injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease unstableangina pectoris heart to blood stasis criteria is better than that of qi stagnation and blood stasis and phlegm blocking heart vessel syndrome...
