A Study On The Lesion Site, Symptoms And Signs Of Baastrup Disease

ObjectiveAccording to the second people’s Hospital of Liaocheng City,60cases werediagnosed as Baastrup disease patients,to analyze the clinical symptoms and signs,involved segments and whether there is a degenerative factors were statistically analyzed,trying to find out their internal relations, explain its clinical significance.MethodsCollect Second People’s Hospital of Liaocheng city in2009May-2012year inOctober with Baastrup disease60cases, including outpatient and inpatient, make asummary for the signs, lesion location, age, incidence of SPSS15.0statistical software withcourse of disease, gender proportion, check see signs, involved segments, standarddeviation and correlation. Statistical methods using Pearson correlation analysis and χ2test. Summary, find its inherent law.ResultsAll relevant information of Baastrup patient summary results are as follows: all of the60cases with Baastrup disease: under60years old accounted for14cases (23.3%), morethan60years old were46cases (76.7); the male has36cases (60%), women24cases(40%) had lower back pain; and the spike or interspinous oppression patients accounted for100%; interspinous instability in56cases (93.3%), no obvious spinal instability in4cases(6.7%); standing extension test was positive in58cases (96.7%), standing extension testwas negative in2cases (3.3%); interspinous segmental involvement of56cases (93.3%),4cases of spine single segmental involvement (6.7%); combined with degenerative factors in57cases (95%), no degenerative factors exist in3cases (5%).ConclusionThe old group of Baastrup disease is high incidence.There may be a higher incidencewith age. Second, the majority of patients have low back pain, local tenderness and changeof spinous clearance. Third, for Baastrup disease, single segment spine involvement is rare, more multiple segment spinal involvement.In fourth Baastrup disease mostly do not existalone,and almost with the situation of degenerative factors.When we diagnosize theBaastrup diseases as a causes of low back pain should exclude other factors caused bydegeneration of the lumbar pain, and avoid the omission of important diseases.
