The Clinical Significance Of NLR、CA125 And Combined Markers In Endometriosis Patients

Object:To study the clinical significance of NLR、CA125 and combined markers in endometriosis patients, to provide guidance value of their clinical application in the future.Objects and Methods:To select patients (54 cases) who had pathologically confirmed EMT by laparoscopy and laparotomy operation treatments in the Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University from June 2013 to June 2015, the patiens(54 cases) were seted to endometriosis group, ①According to the American Fertility Society (AFS) classification criteria groups:Early stage (Ⅰ, Ⅱ) 25 cases, Middle and late stage (Ⅲ,Ⅳ)29 cases;②According to ethnic groups:28 cases of the Han nationality,26 cases of the north Korean nationality; ③According to different age groups:21-30 years old were 19 cases,31-40 years old were 21 cases, 41-50 years old were 14 cases.In the same period,50 cases of benign ovarian tumors were seted to benign tumor group.Record age, blood and CA125 in patients, NLR is Neutrophil -to-Lymphocyte Ratio. Sensitivities and specificities of NLR、CA125 and combined markers (NLRxCA125) were measured by receiver-operating characteristic (ROC) analysis, to evaluate the clinical significance of endometriosis.Result:(1)NLR、CA125 and combined markers of endometriosis patients were compared between Han nationality and north Korean nationality, there was no significant difference between two groups (P> 0.05).(2)NLR、CA125 and combined markers were compared between the different age groups,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).(3)The level of NLR in endometriosis group was higher than the benign tumor group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The level of CA125 in endometriosis group was higher than the benign tumor group, the difference was obviously statistically significant (P<0.001);The level of combined markers in endometriosis group was higher than the benign tumor group,the difference was obviously statistically significant (P<0.001).(4) By comparing the ROC curve,NLR、CA125 and combined markers at the appropriate reference values, sensitivity was (86.8%,71.7%73.6%), specificity (36%,80%, 84%),The sensitivity of NLR was higher than CA.125 and combined markers;however CA125 and combined markers were higher than NLR in the specificity.(5)The positive rate of NLR was no significant difference in Early stage than Middle and late stage(P>0.05);The positive rate of CA125 and combined markers in Middle and late stage were higher than Early stage, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The early stage in endometriosis,The positive rate of NLR、CA125 and combined markers were (80%,52%,56%), The positive rate of NLR was higher than CA125 and combined markers.In the Middle and late stage, The positive rate of NLR, CA125 and combined markers were (89.7%,93.1%, 89.7%), The positive rate of CA125 was higher than NLR and combined markers.Conclusion:1.NLR had high sensitivity in endometriosis, especially in the early stages screening of endometriosis was better than CA125.2.NLR and CA125(the combined markers) can improve the accurate diagnosis of endometriosis.
