A Contrast Analysis On The SF-MPQ Grade And Relevant Information Totally Extraperitoneal Prosthesis And Lichtenstein

Objective: To compare the nociception, the time of recovering of working, bleedingvolume during operation, the time needed to resume normal lifestyle, postoperativehospital stay, and medical costs between total extraperitoneal laparoscopic inguinalhernia repair and Lichtenstein repair.Methods:20patients with inguinal hernia from The first hospital affiliated to dalianmedical university during January2014to May2014were randomly divided into GroupTEP and Group Lichtenstein. System test the degree of pain afte24hours48hours72hours after operation useing Short-Form McGill Pain Questionnaire, the contentincludes three parts:Rating Index (PRI); Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and present painintensity(PPI). To Statistic analysis the nociception, the time of recovering of working,bleeding volume during operation, the time needed to resume normal lifestyle,postoperative hospital stay and medical costs.Results: All20patients operations were performed successfully, no transfer others.Only an patients of group open used analgesics in24hours after operation, the othersunused analgesics. There no complications occurred during the follow-up period in twogroups, the difference of laparoscopic group and Lichtenstein group postoperative SF-MPQ score had statistical significance(P<0.05), the difference of the time needed toresume normal lifestyle, postoperative hospital stay also had statisticalsignificance(P<0.05); the medical costs of group laparoscopic was higher than groupopen, the different had statistical significance(P<0.05), the bleeding volume duringoperation of two groups had no statistical significance(P＞0.05).Conclusion: Laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair compared with Lichtenstein operation,the postoperative pain of Laparoscopic is extremely light, the time needed to resumenormal lifestyle and postoperative hospital stay is short, and rapid recovery; but themedical costs of group laparoscopic was higher significantly than group open.Laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair is a safe, comfortable, efficient operation, has goodprospects for development and application prospect.
