Select E line、a total of33、profile judgement equation of aestheticindicators, Changes before and after treatment of soft and hard tissue.Results: The treatment course of28months..After treatment, all patients with teeth inmouth arranged in neat rows, upper and lower dentition center on the positive, overbiteand overjet of normal relations, bilateral canine relationship between neutral, neutral molar relationship; bilateral TMJ examination no abnormalities, and size of the aperturetype normal, full mouth tooth of cusp fossa occlusion relationship withoutinterference.Many aesthetic index by orthodontic treatment and its associated hardtissue measurements have changed:(1)U1-SN、U1-NA、L1-MP、L1-NB were decreased(2)MP-FH, MP-SN Y-axis angle、were increased(3)UL-EP, LL-EP, nasolabialgroove depth, mentolabial sulcus depth, upper lip, lower lip position and lower lipposition concave point thickness decreased(4)NLA、A’-LS-FH、Bs-Li-FH、Pg-B’-FH、G-Sn-Pg and Z were increased.After orthodontic treatment of soft tissue profile byconvex tend to be straight,profile improved to beautifuland the patient was pleased.Conclusion:1、 Orthodontic treatment can make the adult skeletal class II patientsprofile is significantly improved, but there are certainlimits.2、 Adult orthodonticpatients’ profile changes were related the position of upper and lower anterior teeth; themaxilla and the mandible sagittal position has not changed; chin position changedlittle.3、 Adult patients with skeletal class II application of implant anchorage canachieve maximum adduction of anterior teeth and improve face...
