| Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness of EN and TPN in patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods Randomed controlled trials(RCT) comparing EN and TPN in patients suffering from SAP were searched in databases, including CNKI,VIP Information, WANFNG Data and Pubmed from Jan2005to Dec2013. Meta-analysis was conducted using Review Manager5.0.18software.Results Meta-analyses shows that compared with TPN, TEN was showed with a significantly lower the rate of organ failure (=0.33,95%:0.18-0.63,=0.0007).operation (=0.24,95%:0.14-0.42,<0.00001),infection (=0.26,95%:0.18-0.37,<0.00001) and mortality (=0.31,95%:0.19-0.51,<0.00001)Conclusion In the treatment of SAP, EN is obviously better than TPN which can significantly reduce the rate of infection, organ failure, operation and mortality. |
