A Study Of The Diane-35Repair Endometrium After Missed Abortion

Objective To observe Diane-35, Femoston repair endometrium in missed abortionpatients after induced abortionMethods A total of150missed abortion patients after induced abortion, were selectedand randomly divided into three groups, each group of50patients: Diane-35group: oralDiane-35on1th day after induced abortion,1tablet per day,21day a cycle. FemostonGroup: oral Femoston on1th day after induced abortion,1tablet per day,28-day a cycle.Control group: no oral any endometrial repair drugs after induced abortion. Three groupsbegin oral antibiotics to prevent infection and hysterotonics to stop bleeding after inducedabortion (oral,7days). Observation on vaginal bleeding quantity and persistent period ofthree groups: begin record on1th day after induced abortion; next menstrual onset time andmenstrual volume; ultrasound evaluation of the intrauterine state and endometrial recovery;observation of infection, such as abdominal pain, fever, abnormal vaginal secretions andadverse reaction of oral drug.Results1. Diane-35group, Femoston group within the volume and duration of vaginalbleeding, the intrauterine state, endometrial recovery were significantly surpass the controlgroup (P<0.05);2. The vaginal bleeding time of Diane-35group was more shorten thanFemoston group, two group differences had statistics meaning (P﹤0.05);3. On menstrualcycle and next menstruation improvement, Diane-35group and Femoston group were betterthan the control group (P<0.05);4.Diane-35group and Femoston group promotedendometrial hypertrophy were significantly better than the control group (P﹤0.05).5. Thebad reaction of Diane-35group and Femoston group, two group differences had nosignificantly meaning (P>0.05).6. Three groups were all free from infection. Conclutions1. Missed abortion after induced abortion, oral Diane-35or Femoston cansignificantly reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding, shorten the duration of vaginalbleeding and promptly repair endometrium.2. Diane-35, Femoston can significantly improve menstrual cycle,next menstrual period andvolume.3. Diane-35, Femoston can promote endometrial hypertrophy，and promptly repairendometrium.
