As one of the most important physiological parameters of human body, blood pressure reflecting the health of blood vessels and the heart. For the diagnosis of diseases, observation an treatment, blood pressure has a very important guiding significance. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantage of blood pressure measurement technology and the development of various measurement methods. Based on NIRS, hemodynamic, biological theory, a non-invasive blood pressure measurement mathematical model set up. And a blood pressure measurement method by earlobe’s pulse wave is proposed. To ensure the design correction, we use a wavelength of850nm near-infrared led tube, low-power32-bit MCU STM32F107to build the system. Then two experiments are carried out:1. Three subjects’blood pressures are measured respertively by designed instrument and Andon electonic sphygmomanometer, two classes data are compared to verify the feasibility of non-invasive blood pressure measurement methods.2. To test the power consumptions when designed and Andon instruments are working normally, two groups’ data are compared to verify the low-power features on sensing and processing.
