Objective To analyze the inpatients’ epidemiological characteristics of the upper urinary tract Calculi in Fuzhou General Hospital of Nanjing Military Command.Methods Our hospital’s inpatient medical records from July1,2008to December31,2012were analyzed statistically.Results4698cases of upper urinary tract Calculi were collected. Among them, kidney calculi is3037cases (64.65%), renal and ureteral Calculi is723cases (15.39%), ureteral calculi is938cases (19.96%); The male to female ratio is1.85:1; survey infested the highest constituent ratio of overall prevalence age distribution, men’s prevalence age distribution and women’s prevalence age distribution are41-60years. The average prevalence age is (52.09±15.05) years of age and the difference between the sexes was not statistically significant (P>0.05); The kidney calculi patients’ average prevalence age is higher than the renal and ureteral Calculi patients’and ureteral calculi patients’ average age, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the constituent ratio of the stone location was not statistically significant (P>0.05);In Fuzhou region, the average age of Cangshan, Changle, Lianjiang were lower than the average age of Gulou(P<0.05).Conclusion The epidemiological characteristics of patients with upper urinary tract stones in Fujian region are similar to other regions but there are still some differences.
