Tamsulosin Combined With Tolterodine In The Treatment Of Detrusor Instability With Hyperplasia Of Prostate

Objective: To make a research of tamsulosin combined with tolterodine in thetreatment of detrusor instability with hyperplasia of prostate, to contrast the effect oftamsulosin and tolterodine in the treatment of detrusor instability prostatichyperplasia both individually and tamsulosin combined with tolterodine in thetreatment of detrusor instability prostatic hyperplasia.Methods: Collect91cases ofpatients with detrusor instability prostatic Hyperplasia.They can be divided into threegroups according to the combination and drug therapy alone.Determine the I-PSS andthe OABSS and the RUVand the QMAX infront of the patient in each group.Theexperimental group daily oral tamsulosin0.2mg at a time,and to daily oral tolterodine1mg at a time.Review the above four indicators after12weeks of treatment.Thecontrol group A daily oral tamsulosin0.2mg at a time. Review the above fourindicators after12weeks of treatment. The control group B daily oral tolterodine1mgat a time. Review the above four indicators after12weeks of treatment.Comparedthree groups before and after the treament of prostate related indactoors ofvariations.Results:Experimental group I-PSS、OABSS、RUV、QMAX after12weekstreatment respectively is（11.3±2.0）,(1.7±0.4),(19.6±4.1),(16.3±3.9). Controlgroup A I-PSS、OABSS、RUV、QMAX after12weeks treatment respectively is（16.2±2.1）,(3.6±0.6),(19.1±3.7),(15.1±2.1). Control group B I-PSS、OABSS、RUV、QMAX after12weeks treatment respectively is（17.2±2.1）,(3.6±0.7),(35.7±3.9),(11.1±3.1)。Experimental group patients after the prostate relatedindicators improved significant.Conclusion:Tamsulosin combined with to lterodine inthe treatment of detrusor instability prostatic hyperplasia make remarkable effect,andcan obviously improve the urine storage period of urinary tract symptoms.Tolterodine appropriate dose of medication will note affect the function of detrusorvoiding function.
