Purpose: The single cell suspensions of colorectal tumor infiltrating lymphocytes weresuccessfully prepared by the treatment of paraffin-embedding tissue. For further analysis incolorectal cancer lymphocyte immune state and colorectal cancer patients withpathological characteristics, the connection between the clinical stage and prognosis, thecells was detected by flow cytometry.Methods:60cases of colorectal cancer paraffin-embedding samples were collected fromAffiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College general surgery in June1990to June1990.After a slice, dewaxing, hydration, digestion, filtration, lymphocytes were detectedby flow cytometry. The results was analyzed for the study of colorectal cancer lymphcellular immune state and colorectal cancer pathological characteristics, and therelationship between the clinical stage and prognosis. Results: The cells through the preparation of single suspended cells on microscopy wasfound to form a complete, good dispersion, less cell stack and debris, cleanbackground.More than10cells were counted in each grid through blood plate. The resultsfrom flow cytometry are satisfied. Conclusion: The single cell suspensions of colorectal tumor infiltrating lymphocytes weresuccessfully prepared by the treatment of paraffin-embedding tissue. The data of the flowcytometry was corrected detected. The analysis of colorectal cancer lymphocyte immunestate and pathological characteristics, the relationship between the clinical stage andprognosis is of practical significance. |
