With the development of society, the public on the quality of life have becomeincreasingly high, doctors play an increasingly important role in protection public’slife quality. However, due to the characteristics of medical profession and the statusof today’s society, doctors groups are facing great pressure. Many studies have foundthat doctors’ job burnout is a widespread phenomenon. Especially the Second Levelhospitals, which between cracks of the First Level and the Third Level TraditionalChinese Medicine hospitals,because of national investment less and technicalcompetence level low, facing enormous pressure to survive, TCM physicians arefacing with embarrassment situation.So,research job burnout sense of the SecondLevel TCM hospital physicians, and on this basis proposing targetedrecommendations, can improve the quality of medical service and improve patientsatisfaction with the doctor’s work. This has great practical significance to improvedoctor-patient conflicts, and to promote social harmony and stability.Tianjin Second Level TCM hospitals’ physicians are objects of this study.Through case interviews and combine relevant literature to develop burnoutquestionnaire, then statistic and analysis the resulting data, to arrive at the followingconclusions: First, Tianjin’s physicians has a small part showed a high degree of jobburnout, the majority showed moderate job burnout. So whether personal doctor ordoctor’s organization should arouse enough attention. Second, marital status, age, job,job category are significantly demographic variables correlated with the Tianjinphysicians’ job burnout. Third, gender and education is not significantly demographicvariables correlated with Tianjin doctors’ job burnout.Forth, vocational skillsmatching and getting a sense of accomplishment, patients expecting too much, policynegative impact and personality, emotional knowledge and policy feedbackinterference effect on the cause of achievement and leadership interaction low,distracted and personal prospects vague position are predictive to Tianjin doctors’ jobburnout, in which vocational skills matching and to get accomplishment is the mostpredictable. Fifth, completion of work autonomy and unsatisfactory treatment,personal expression and information transfer wishes has no predictability in Tianjinphysicians’ job burnout. Sixth, work ethic attenuation and emotional exhaustion,lacking of personal accomplishment of Second Level TCM medicine physicians’ jobburnout are the two dimensions of burnout consequences for predictive.Finally, from individuals, organizations and societies, suggestions are broughtout for improve the situation of doctor’s burnout...
