Research Into The Syndrome Of Zi Qian Tong Mai Tang

Objective：Zi qian tong mai tang is produced by Yuan Mingzhong who is a famous veteranteran doctors of TCM from years of clinical practice.My topic is to probe the bestcombination of state between treatment and medication of zi qian tong mai tang,throughresearching its clinical experience to enlarge the efficiency and direct method ofadministration.Methods：My topic collect the cases of the ambulatory treatment and hospitalization ofpatients who are taking zi qian tong mai tang in traditional medicine Department of ShanxiProvincial People’s Hospital from November2011to November2012.It records thechangement of sex、age、main symptoms、primary disease、other syndromes、past history、tongue、pulse and drug dose then to statistical analysis of the frequency.Results：Zi qian tong mai tang mainly apply to the patients over the age of40, there is nosignificant differences in gender. In its treatment of diseases, hepatobiliary and heartsyndrome are commom in TCM. They are the main symptoms and could be as thedialectical basis of the clinical application such as dizziness、tingling in the chest andback、palpitations、irritability、weak waist、shortness of breath、spontaneous. There areothers symptoms,as following:dry mouth and throat、 tinnitus、 head swelling、hypochondriac、 Insomnia、 malaise and fatigue. They are attributed to thesyndrome-differentiated diagnosis. The great mass of tongue quality is pale red tongue orpurple tongue,and most coated tongue is few furred.A majority of Pulse condition areheavy string, string fine or fine acerbity. Western medicine always use it to treat thenervous system and circulatory system like Cardio-cerebrovascular disease. Xixiancao、heshouwu、shengdihuang、chuanxiong、nvzhenzi、honghua、danshen、chishao are theessential drugs of zi qian tong mai tang; juhua、yujin、muxiang are the drugs commonlyuesd.Conclusion：Zi qian tong mai tang could nourish the liver and kidney and coordinat qi andblood. Clinically,combined with patient’s condition by differentiation of TCM，zi qian tongmai tang is suited for the patients whose pathogenesis is “hyperactivity,meridiansstagnation”.
