Objective:This study made a model of pulmonary thromboembolism based onthe hyperhomocysteimemia in the rabbit.the change of Right ventricular systolicpressure(RVSP), Right atrium systolic Pressure(RASP), TNF-α and IL-1β weremeasured before and after the establishment of the model of Apute pulmonarythromboembolism (APTE). In order to discuss the Effects of haemodynamics on thehyperhomocysteimemia in acute pulmonary thromboembolism.Methods:Divided forty japan white rabbits into two groups: hyperhomocysteineexperiental group (Hhcy group) and contrast group. The Hcy were measured beforefeeding to two groups to get the95%confidence interval (11.28-13.421umol/L). TheHhcy were measured before feeding to two groups to get the95%confidence interval,Hhcy model was established by the method of raising rabbits with2%methionine tofill the stomach, contrast group was raised normally. after ten weeks. The Hcy wasmeasured once again, we found the Hcy of Hhcy group was Significantly higher andgreater than the95%confidence interval,but the general group was no change.Hyperhomocysteinemia model was successful.APTE models were established byinjection of auto-blood clots into the jugular vein of two groups rabbits. The changesof serum TNF-α,IL-1βand haemodynamics were measured in different time beforeand after APTE in rabbits.Then Discuss the effects of haemodynamics on thehyperhomocysteimemia in acute pulmonary thromboembolism and changes of serumTNF-α,IL-1β.The pathological study of anatomy for lung was performed toobserve:ordinary observant and lung anatomy.Results:1. Haemodynamic monitoring showed that RVSP(right ventricular systolicpressure) and RASP(Right Atrium systolic Pressure) are increased Immediately afterthe establishment of the model of Apute pulmonary thromboembolism. Rightventricular systolic blood pressure and Right Atrium systolic Pressure go to the peak at 1hour,then gradually return to normal after2h. There was statistical significancebetween the two groups(t=0.038、0.012、P﹤0.05).2.The serum levels of TNF-α and IL-1β increased singificantly at2h after embolism intwo groups. There was statistical significance between the two groups (t=0.028、0.033、 P﹤0.05).3.Generally seen: The Lung of experiental group are hyperemia and swelling,Surfaceare not smooth. There are many points or sheet bleeding.lesions are usually bilateral,with mainly in middle and lower lobe.But contrast group are lighter.Conclusion:1. The hemodynamics was more unstable on the hyperhomocysteimemia in acutepulmonary thromboemb.The incidence of right ventricular failure is higher.2. Hhcy can promote the vascular injury and inflammation in acute pulmonarythromboemb.
