Long-term Results Of Laparoscopic And Open Radical Operation Of Gastric Cancer D2

Objective discusses the laparoscopic gastric cancer radical mastectomy andtraditional open the stomach of subsidence of the forward curative effect.Methods collect2005to January2011in my family line under laparoscopicassisted successful implementation of gastric cancer and the subsidence of the D2bygroup personnel line open stomach D2of subsidence of the100cases for survey,including laparoscopic assisted the stomach cancer radical mastectomy D2,46casesof open gastric cancer radical mastectomy D2,54cases. For all patients telephonepays a return visit, letters and outpatient service return visit, compared to two group ofgastric cancer after radical surgery in tumor local recurrence and distant metastasisand overall survival rates forward curative effect.Results two groups of patients in gender, age, tumor location, TNM stage, tumorcan be generally divided into type, histological classification, degree of differentiation,and postoperative chemotherapy aspects constitute no significant difference (P>0.05).Laparoscopic group and open group in the local recurrence and distant metastasis ratewas10.87%(5/46),6.52%(3/46) and7.41%(4/54),5.56%(3/54), there was nosignificant difference significance. Two groups in1year,3years,5years survivalrates were91.3%,76.7%,68.5%and93.4%,77.8%,65.9%, and were the adancedgastric cancer laparoscopic group and open group1year,3years and5years survivalrates were87.1%,67.7%,58.1%and90.9%,66.7%,57.6%, and there was nosignificant difference between meaning.Conclusion laparoscopic group and the open group in the survival rate andpostoperative local recurrence and distant metastasis and there was no significantdifference in the long-term outcome.
