Object:The research is focused on observation the stomach cancer radical surgery's thoroughness by laparoscopic and postoperative short-term curative effect, discuss its disadvantages with traditional open surgery, and evaluate the safety of the operation and the influence on the quality of life of the patients. Methods:This article retrospective analyses clinical datas of 30 cases underwent laparoscopic gastric cancer patients and 30 cases underwent open surgery between September 2008-September 2010. We record the two groups'operation time,Peri-operative bleedingjncision length, incisal edge to specimens'distance,Lymph node dissection number, bowel function recovered index (anal exhaust time, eat liquid time), Activity time under the bed, postoperative hospitalization time, postoperative complications and Postoperative related biochemical indicators to discuss the superior and inferior between gastric cancer Underwent laparoscopic and traditional open surgery.Result:1. Laparoscopic group's operation time is longer than open group's (P<0.05).And laparoscopic group in peri-operative bleeding, incision length respect significantly less than open group (P<0.05) Laparoscopic group of blood transfusion rate is less than open group (x 2=5.065,P<0.05)2. Incisal edge to specimens'distance and lymph nodes clearance rate between laparoscopic group and open group have no statistically significant differences (p>0.05).3. Postoperative anus exhaust time, eating liquid time, activity time under the bed, postoperative hospitalization time of laparoscopic group is shorter than open group (P<0.05),and the times using painkillers is less than open group (P<0.05)4. Leukocyte count and neutrophils ratio of laparoscopic group is less than those in open group after surgery (P<0.05),but hemoglobin and albumin between two groups have no statistically significant differences (P>0.05), Two groups have no obvious fever after operation.5. The postoperative complications of laparoscopic group is less than open group (P<0.05).We visit patients in 8 months postoperative.Laparoscopic group have no incision transfer case, and has the same recurrence rate with Sigmoidectomy group. Conclusions:Compared with traditional open surgery, laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery have advantages in less bleeding, smaller incision, less pain, quicker recovery of gastrointestinal function. There are no statistically significant differences between laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery and traditional open surgery in resection range, lymph node dissection range postoperative various biochemical indicators, temperature changes.Laparoscopic surgery didn't increase incision transfer rate, and has the same recurrence rate with sigmoidectomy group.
