March2014, the State Council states to promote universal health care system, establishingmedical information systems, remoting medical treatment to promote real-time settlement.Withthe development of technology and information systems, there is a global trend to build up thenationwide Health Care Information System platform, and with the supporting from the incentivebudgets and friendly policies by the governments, many countries have started to build up theHospital Information Systems, which focus on the patients with the central technology ofElectronic Medical Record,in order to enhance the efficiency of collecting, storing, analyzing andtranslating the healthcare information and provide a better medical environment to all the people.In the21century, as the trading and communication all over the world is more frequent,Healthcare Information Industry not only influenced by the expertise knowledge of IT works, butalso profoundly affected by the operation of financial capital. Many foreign healthcare informationcorporation has grasp the opportunities given by the government policies and taking theadvantages to successfully be public in the stock market. China has put the construction of themedical data center as the mission of the new medical reformation, which indicating the era ofhealthcare information. Therefore, analyzing the asset health and investment feasibility of thehealthcare information industry has become a necessary to the investor.In this paper, in order to establish a platform for giving reference,by analyzing thecurrent development environment for China’s medical information, medicalinformation technology borrowed U.S. and CDH Venture Capital Company case studyof medical history information industry and the future development of new trends inthe development of China’s medical information. In this paper, the combination ofnormative and empirical, combining theory and case study opportunities andchallenges of the medical information industry in the financial crisis facing.
