Many foreign healthcare informationcorporation has grasp the opportunities given by the government policies and taking theadvantages to successfully be public in the stock market. China has put the construction of themedical data center as the mission of the new medical reformation, which indicating the era ofhealthcare information. Therefore, analyzing the asset health and investment feasibility of thehealthcare information industry has become a necessary to the investor.In this paper, in order to establish a platform for giving reference,by analyzing thecurrent development environment for China’s medical information, medicalinformation technology borrowed U.S. and CDH Venture Capital Company case studyof medical history information industry and the future development of new trends inthe development of China’s medical information.
