The Analysis Of High Risk Factors On The Adult Female Urinary Incontinence Of Qinghai

Urinary incontinence is one of the most common disease in urology, seriousdamage to the women’s Physical and mental health and quality of life. The incidenceof urinary incontinence in different countries and regions vary, but most of themconcentrated in the middle-aged and old women, the median age in60.Objective:To obtain the relevant information of female urinary incontinence in differentregions, different age, different nationalities in Qinghai is one of the Purpose of ourstudy. It can be concluded that the incidence of female urinary incontinence and highrisk factors in Qinghai area.In order to help formulate corresponding Preventivemeasures and Provide the basis for Prevention and treatment of female urinaryincontinence, we conducted this investigation.Methods:The subjects investigated were1066females over20years old who want toregular examination in the physical examination center of our hospital during2012to2013years. The form of face-to-face questionnaire were taken.Results:The Prevalence of urinary incontinence about females in Qinghai was23.73%(253/1066), among which, the Prevalences of stress incontinence, urgeincontinence, mixed incontinence and other incontinence were20.83%(222/1066),1.22%(13/1066),1.50%(16/1066),0.18%(2/10660respectively.The constituent ratio of SUI,UUI,MUI and other urinary incontinence is87.74% (222/253),5.14%(13/253),6.32%(16/253) and0.18%(2/253).CONCLUSIONS:1、The UI prevalence is23.73%in the1066case s of adult women.2、The morbidity of the UI in the253cases of adult female is difference in differentnation, Han higher than Tibetans.3、The morbidity of the UI in the253cases of adult female is no difference in theurban and rural areas.4、SUI is the major type of UI accounted for more than80%.5、The cause of UI is likely to be multifactorial. The related factors of Qinghai areage, mode of delivery, number of deliveries, hypertension, constipation, chroniacough, exercise.
