Objective: To compare the safetyã€efficacy and minimally invasive betweentotally laparoscopic and laparoscopic-assisted for distal gastric cancer with Meta-analysis.Methods: Original articles addressing totally laparoscopic distal gastrectomyversus laparoscopy-assisted distal gastrectomy published from January2007toAugust2013were searched for in electronic databases(Pubmed〠Elsevierã€SPRINGER〠The Cochrane Library). With strictly screening accordance to thestandard, assessing the quality of these studies, data were extracted from these trialsand analyzed by the Review Manager5.2software at last. Results: Five studies including849patients were selected for this study,Metaanalysis showed that: There was no obvious difference in the operationtime(WMD=8.16,95%CI:-12.31~28.63,P=0.43),Intraoperative blood loss in theTLDG group was less than LADG group (WMD=30.34,95%CI:16.54~44.13,P<0.0001); lymph node cleane(rWMD=-2.46,95%CI:-4.61~-0.32,P=0.02),The postoperative complications was not increased in the TLDG group versus LADGgroup(OR=0.91,95%CI:0.58~1.42,P=0.67).Conclusion: Totally laparoscopic distal gastrectomy is safe〠efficacy andminimally invasive. |
