Objective: Collect statistical data on the comparison of the efficacy of 3D laparoscopy and ordinary laparoscopy in gastric cancer surgery for systematic analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of 3D laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery. Methods: Search Chinese literature databases(China How Net,Chinese Sci-tech Periodical Database,Wanfang Database)and English literature databases(Pub Med,Cochrane Library,EMBASE).The retrieval time is: Website creation-Now;the languages are English and Chinese.Include randomized controlled studies and retrospective cohort studies that meet the study requirements.Evaluate the quality of relevant literature, extract the data required for research, and make statistics and records.Data was processed using Review Manger 5.3 software.Outcome indicators in this study included:(1)operation time(2)intraoperative bl ood loss(3)number of lymphnodes harvested(4)time of first ventilation(5)time of first fluid intake(6)length of hospital stay total cost of hospitalization(8)incidence of postoperative complications. Results: A total of 3182 relevant literatures were retrieved.According to the proposed inclusion and exclusion criteria, the last 15 eligible documents were in cluded, including 13 retrospective studies,2 randomized controlled studies, and a total of 2029 patients undergoing gastric cancer surgery. There were 992 cases in the 3D laparoscopy group and 1037 cases in the general laparoscopy group. There was no statistical difference in the general situation between patients receiving 3D laparoscopy and patients receiving ordinary laparoscopy(P> 0.05).Meta analysis results show that the operation time of the 3D laparoscopic group in radical gastric cancer surgery is shorter than that of the ordinary laparoscopic group(WMD =-15.36,95% CI [-21.91,-8.80],P <0.05),and the amount of bleeding during the operation Fewer(WMD =-19.35,95% CI [-27.56,-11.14],P <0.05),more lymph nodes obtained(WMD = 2.90,95% CI [1.28,4.53],P<0.05),surgery Shorter post-ventilation time(SMD =-0.12,95% CI[-0.24,-0.01],P<0.05),and the postoperative fluid recovery time was shorter than that of the ordinary laparoscopic group(WMD =-0.32,95% CI [-0.52,-0.11],P <0.05).There were no statistical differences in the incidence of postoperative complications, length of hospital stay, and hospitalization costs(P> 0.05).Conclusions: The advantages of 3D laparoscopy include: shortening the operation time, reducing the amount of bleeding during the operation, increasing the number of lymphnode dissections, accelerating postoperative recovery to a certain extent without increasing the cost of the operation, but reducing the overall incidence of complications and shortening the length of hospital stay There is no advantage.
