Objective:Compared with interlocking intramedullary nails and percutaneousminimally invasive locking compression plate (LCP) these two kinds of operationmethod in the treatment of tibial middle period of the curative effect of fracture, so as toprovide reference for clinical treatment, in order to get a better clinical effect.Methods:Collect2012.1to2013.8in yan an university affiliated hospital orthopedictreated patients with fracture of tibial middle period of52cases of closed reduction withinterlocking intramedullary nail fixation were used respectively to (group A) and closedreduction and percutaneous minimally invasive plate fixation LCP (group B).ObservingA, B two groups of operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative complications(incision infection, lower limb deep vein thrombosis, fracture delayed union or don’t heal, loosening of internal fixation fracture, knee pain), before and after the clinical healingtime, ankle fractures to translate, both inside and outside to Angle of incidence andpostoperative limb function, USES the tibial fractures (1983) Johner&Wruh, curativeeffect evaluation standard to assess limb function, bone fracture clinical healing time inpatients with limb can be completely weight, X ray film is based on the fuzzy or fractureline disappeared indicated.Assessment with interlocking intramedullary nails andpercutaneous minimally invasive LCP plate in the treatment of clinical effect of themiddle and lower segment tibia fractures. Results:With interlocking intramedullary nail in treatment group treated withpercutaneous minimally invasive LCP plate group, compared two groups of operationtime, intraoperative blood loss between the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), percutaneous minimally invasive LCP plate fixation group is lockedintramedullary nail fixation group of shorter operation time, less blood loss. Two groupsof intraoperative complications, clinical healing time before and after ankle fracture, inside and outside into the incidence Angle and the difference between the limb functionafter surgery for no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:Two kinds of operation method in the treatment of lower segment tibiafractures are the effective treatment methods. Percutaneous minimally invasive LCP platefixation treatment of middle segment tibia fractures shorter operation time, less bloodloss. Clinical healing time and postoperative complications, fracture, before and after theankle to translate, both inside and outside to Angle of incidence, limb function aftersurgery for close to locking intramedullary nail fixation.
