Abies sibirica Ledeb is one special kind of Abies in Pinaceae. The study of the bioactivity indicates that some compounds and their Derivative in the genus have varied biological activities, such as the activities of the insects’protection of their larvas, anti-inflammatory, antineoplasms, antiulcer, antibiosis, antihypertension, cough relieving, and the treatment of the disease of central nervous system. The study of this plant includes both the chemical constituents and the two kinds of activity of the compounds the antitumor cells and antiinflammaory. This study object is the compounds of Abies sibirica Ledeb, the separation techniques used in this research is silica gel, ODS, thin-layer chromatography, Sephadex LH-20and so on, and their structures were identified by the information from MS, NMR, IR to identified their structures total31compounds were separated and identified in the study, including the structure of terpenes, flavones, phenylpropanoids and steroid. Compound1is new lanostane-type compound in this experiment.The result of the antitumor cells indicates the extraction of the chloroform has much stronger antineoplasms ability, especially for the human tumors of A549, LOVO, QGY-7703, and each result of their IC50is10.0,18.18,12.89ug/mL.We tested all compounds of1-18,30,31from the fraction of chloroform about their inhibitions to four human tumors (A549, Colo205, QGY-7703, THP-1), and found that the compound1(7,14,22Z,24-mariesatetraen-26,23-olide-α-3-one) has much better result of antineoplasms, especially for the inhibition to tumors Colo205, and the value of the IC50is16.12ug/ml. Some of the foregone compounds also show certain degree of antineoplasms activity.In addition, we studied some terpenes compounds of1-5,8,9,13about their activity of anti-inflammatory, and found that the compound of1showed apparent activity of inhibiting the ability of RAW264.7macrophages induced by LPS create NO, and the value of the IC50is5.7μM, and others tested in the experiment showed no activities.
