The Inspection Significance Serum Index Of Liver Fibrosis In Chronic Liver Disease Patients

Objective Our country is a high morbidity of chronic hepatitis B country, manychronic hepatitis B people can develop into cirrhosis. This experiment is to study thechanges in four serum index of liver fibrosis from chronic hepatitis to cirrhosis，sothat we can raise the early diagnosis of liver fibrosis and observe its evolutionprocess.Methods We use the radioimmunoassay to detect the contents of hyaluronic acid(HA), laminin (LN), Ⅲ procollagen (PCⅢ) and Ⅳ collagen (Ⅳ-C) four serum indexof liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B, cirrhosis and the healthy check-up group.Results First, in the chronic hepatitis B and cirrhosis group, the four index of liverfibrosis were higher than the healthy check-up group, and as the illness grew worsethe index went up. Second, HA and PCⅢ is a good index in reflection of liver fibrosisearly pathological changes. Third, in later period of cirrhosis, as the synthesis andproliferation in fibrosis was not as activity as before, the index of PCⅢ was lowerinstead.Conclusion Chronic hepatitis B and cirrhosis have close relation with liver fibrosis,detection of the contents of HA, PCⅢ, LN and Ⅳ-C, help to make the early diagnosisof hepatic fibrosis. It is a good index in observing liver disease progress and thedegree of disease continuously and dynamicly.
