Objective:Though to the Ningxia Medical University General Hopital in recent two years underwent lung cancer operation for postoperative patients with lung specimens of EGFL7expression analysis of lung tissue cells, the expression of EGFL7in lung cancer, and the correlation of the development. The corresponding clinical experience were summarized, for subsequent clinical work to provide the corresponding reference date and experience, and to facilitate communication between demostic counterparts.Research objectThis experiment selects110specimens,all for the Ningxia Medical University General Hospital of general thoracic surgery2009-2011after operation after excision of pathologic specimens paraffin block. The male76, female34cases; age38~71year old, average age is57years old. Primary NSCLC85patients, including44cases of squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma in41cases; press TNM staging:stage Ⅰ in18cases;31cases of stage Ⅱ,26cases,10cases of stage Ⅳ; at the same time,25patients with benign pulmonary space-occupying lesion tissues. Among12cases of tuberculosis,6cases inflammatory pseudotumor;7cases of hamartomaResearch methods:Immunostaining and assessment:using PV-two step immunohistochemical method:an anti EGFL7(2H2) for concentrated antibody (recommended ratio of1:50to1:2500by pre experiment after1:300expression) purchased in the United States of America’s Santa Cruz biotechnology ltd.. Take the same batch of tissue sections for negative control, with the PBS buffer instead of as a negative control.Results:(1) EGFL7expression in lung cancer and benign lung lesions:relationship in benign lung space occupying disease expression was significantly lower in lung cancer; EGFL7in lung cancer and benign lung tissue expression positive rate is significantly different (P<0.01), EGFL7and lung cancer there are significant correlation. (2) EGFL7expression in adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma without obvious difference between the expression (P>0.05), EGFL7expression in various types of lung cancer and there was no significant correlation between.(3) EGFL7expression in male patients with lung cancer and female lung cancer patients, but no significant difference between the expression (P>0.05), EGFL7expression and gender, there was no significant correlation between.(4) Factor EGFL7expression with the staging of NSCLC and transfer relations:EGFL7in NSCLC staging positive expression rate period1(16.67%); Phase Ⅱ (38.71%), Phase111(38.46%), phase IV (60.00%), However, P=0.14>0.05, not statistically significant. Can not explain the differences between them, there is a positive rate.
